Rising Together: Reflections on HUDDLE 2025

As I reflect on HUDDLE 2025, our second annual festival, I’m filled with an immense sense of pride and gratitude. What began as a bold idea, a space where coaches could gather, learn, and grow together, has blossomed into a movement that’s reshaping the world of group coaching.

‍

This year’s theme, “Rise,” captured exactly what unfolded over these inspiring days. We came together not just to lift ourselves, but to lift one another, and in doing so, to elevate the entire field of group coaching to new heights.

A Festival Fueled by Connection and Growth

HUDDLE has always been more than an event. It’s a vision brought to life: an inspiring and reflective space for organizations and professional coaches to huddle, exchange ideas, and implement the latest developments in the field. Each session this year reaffirmed our shared commitment to learning and transformation.

‍

The feedback from participants spoke volumes. Words like “engaging,” “powerful,” and “transformative” echoed across the festival.

‍

One coach shared, “This was my first Huddle experience and I am so, SO glad I attended and participated. Not only did I learn some invaluable stuff that I can use immediately, but I connected with likeminded individuals from all over the world. In true group coaching fashion, we harnessed the wisdom and experience in the room.”

Another reflected, “I loved the HUDDLE! This is the second time I have attended the Group Coaching HQ HUDDLE and I always come away inspired, energised and informed. The knowledge and experience that the presenters bring to their sessions is incredible, and they are so skilled at sharing their wisdom but also giving space for attendees to connect with each other and experience group coaching elements in real time!”

These moments remind us that when coaches grow, the ripple effect extends far beyond the room. The impact reaches clients, organizations, and communities. That’s what HUDDLE is all about.

Our mission at Group Coaching HQ is to redefine the future of coaching by equipping professionals to create and lead impactful group coaching programs that drive lasting transformation. HUDDLE is one of the ways we bring that mission to life.

The festival’s goals, to expand awareness of group coaching, make it accessible and scalable, and foster meaningful connections, were reflected in every conversation, workshop, and connection. It was incredible to see coaches collaborating across disciplines and geographies, united by a shared purpose: to help people rise together.

This annual gathering is shaping how organizations view group coaching, not as a trend, but as a powerful, evidence-based strategy to developing leaders and teams in a rapidly changing world.

The Power of Rising Together

HUDDLE 2025 reminded us that rising isn’t a solo act. It’s a collective one. When we lift others, we lift ourselves. When we share knowledge, we expand the impact of coaching worldwide. And when we come together as a community, we make transformation not just possible, but inevitable.

As I look ahead to the next HUDDLE, I’m more convinced than ever that we’re building something extraordinary together. Thank you to every coach, speaker, and participant who showed up with courage, curiosity, and heart.

Together, we are not just redefining coaching. We are rising - for ourselves, for each other, and for the world!
