Dominique Mas, PCC is Co-Founder and CEO of Group Coaching HQ and a passionate advocate for the power of group coaching to build empathy and deep connection at work.
With 17 years in educational leadership and experience designing group coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies, she brings a global, systems-level approach to scaling coaching cultures. Dominique holds an M.Ed in Educational Leadership and Change, is an ICF PCC and Certified Mentor Coach, and has trained hundreds of coaches in the art of group coaching.
She lives in Brooklyn, NY, where she balances leadership, learning, and a love of adventure.
