About this Program
Summer Practicum for Experienced Group Coaches
Live practice, real-time feedback, and deep learning in a cohort of 6.
What to expect
We have a very clear and fair process through which every participant coaches and receives feedback and is coached and gives feedback. Feedback comes from both peers and the instructors who are certified mentor coaches. Please note that the Group Coaching Training Practicum is not content based. It is purely practice based. We will share few resources and will give you a ton of feedback and confidence!
We run the Group Coaching Training Practicum with a small group of 6 coaches.
This program is open to:
* Graduate of the Group Coaching HQ Certification Program
* Coaches who have at least 1 year of experience coaching groups or have been through group coaching training.
Because this practicum is limited to 6 coaches, admission is by application only.
We review applications to ensure the group is a strong fit and that participants have the level of prior experience and education needed to benefit from the format.
