Stephanie Lowe (she, her) is a social impact leadership coach & facilitator with over 20 years of experience in coaching, program development and delivery, team management, and executive leadership in the public and social impact sectors. Believing that social change happens from the inside out, she channels her passion and experience into helping social impact leaders, teams, and collectives across the country confidently grow through new challenges and change through culturally relevant coaching, facilitation, and consulting.
Stephanie’s professional and personal volunteering work is all united by a fundamental goal of helping leaders from the classroom to the board room unlock sustainable leadership, influence, and impact they enjoy and are proud of. Her clients include executive directors, senior leadership teams, nonprofit teams, affinity-based resource groups, and student leadership groups across organizations focused on youth and workforce development, voter engagement, advocacy, food and healthcare access, community development, higher education, and more.
Stephanie is an ICF-credentialed professional coach, a mentor coach and faculty member of multiple national leadership development and coaching certification programs, and is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, the EQ-i 2.0, and a trauma-informed arts-based reflection curriculum through A Window Between Worlds. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University, and a Masters in Education. She lives in Chicago, and in her free time enjoys exploring all corners of the city with her family.
