Graduation requirements
- Attend at least 11 of the 12 classes and participate actively in each class * (Download the schedule)
- Attend at least one mastermind session and one Q&A session
- Successfully complete a group coaching demo during the program
- Share a reflection on your learning after each session
- Submit a summary of your favorite three group coaching activities to share with your peers.
In case of absence, you will be required to catch up by watching the recording and sharing your learnings through a form.

BIPOC Scholarship
In light of our mission to open each trainee to the power of group coaching to scale their own positive impact and create communities that move the world forward, Group Coaching HQ offers two scholarships for BIPOC coaches in each cohort.
The BIPOC scholarship covers 50% of the full tuition price and are offered on a first come, first served basis to the first two qualifying registrants. In order to benefit from this scholarship, please mention your interest during our 1:1 call.

There was a lot of group coaching going on, which was the point and the purpose of the course. Dom and Maribel expertly and kindly facilitated the weekly, experiential learning of group coaching. There is a lot of data and information also that comes along with the course, but the focus was on us coaching, being coached and observing - and of course receiving extremely valuable feedback from all the people in the course. What was particularly impactful for me was understanding and embracing the notion that there is a specific group coaching aesthetic apart from team coaching and 1:1 coaching that once learned helped me to completely redesign my own group coaching offering.
