It was a little intimidating to be included with so many professional coaches but it was a great opportunity for me. My fellow students were very focused and they were kind about the contributions I was able to make. There was peer coaching and peer feedback sessions, nearly every class. I learned a lot from my fellow participants, how they interpreted and responded to different activities and seeing different personalities coach was a great learning experience for me. There was always another layer of learning when Dom and Maribel shared their knowledge and experience. They were able to pick up on things that the peer group may not have noticed, and that feedback was really impactful.
